ABSTRACT

Elucidation of molecular markers related to the mounted immune response is crucial for understanding the disease pathogenesis. In this article, we present the mass-spectrometry-based metabolomic and proteomic data of blood plasma of COVID-19 patients collected at two-time points, which showed a transition from non-severe to severe conditions during these time points. Metabolites were extracted and subjected to mass spectrometric analysis using the Q-Exactive mass spectrometer. For proteomic analysis, depleted plasma samples were tryptic digested and subjected to mass spectrometry analysis. The expression of a few significant proteins was also validated by employing the targeted proteomic approach of multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). Integrative pathway analysis was performed with the significant proteins to obtain biological insights into disease severity. ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine accomplishment of Achievement Motivation Training (AMT) of principal candidates and to see the effect of AMT to create school innovation. This research is a research with analytical observation method with a cross sectional study approach, which is sampling a sample from the population at one time, and examining at the same time point of each individual in the sample. This study assigned 40 principal candidates in Surakarta Indonesia as the sample of the study. The instrument to collect data in this study is a questionnaire on AMT and innovation. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. Conlucion to sum up, this study reveals that principal candidate in Surakarta are capable to cope with AMT in a good level. Of 40 candidates, 86% perform good level of achievement in AMT. Additionally, results of training in AMT significantly affect motivation to innovate. The candidates show five sectors in the innovation that address the results as the novelty of this study. The innovations include awareness of motivation as the crucial factor in school policy, planning to develop the innovation, understanding on the use of AMT, implementing AMT on school policy, and implementing AMT for classroom teaching and curriculum. This study has a restriction in that the data collection does not involve indepth interview because of Covid-19 outbreak. Future research is suggested to include observation and group focus to explore more deeply the effectiveness of the AMT. In future researchers can use this research and further develop it. with innovation factors from other variables. Further research is expected to add research objects, namely research at the provincial level © 2021 ACM.

ABSTRACT

This paper studied the impact of COVID-19 on garlic price and found a model with high accuracy to predict garlic price to provide reference for relevant personnel in the garlic industry. Through the analysis of the average weekly price of garlic over the years, and analysis of garlic prices at specific time points since the outbreak in 2020.It was found that the outbreak had a relatively large impact on garlic prices, which kept garlic prices low relative to previous years. In order to better respond to emergencies. Therefore, it is particularly important to find a better forecasting model for garlic price prediction. It can provide a reference for people engaged in garlic industry. The CEEDMAN-LSTM combined model is used to forecast the average weekly garlic price in 2020, and the prediction results show that the model is suitable for the prediction of garlic price. © 2021 IEEE.

ABSTRACT

The COVID-19 pandemic broke out in December 2019 and began to spread globally in 2020. The final analysis of 124, 564 valid observations pointed out that before and after the COVID-19, online education courses had an abso-lute increase in the total purchase amount or total purchase amount. Because of the control of COVID-19 in Taiwan, there is no significant difference between the validity and the time point of the purchase amount and the use of the course. The geographic location is defined by the digital development level of the administrative area, and the higher the digital development of the administrative area, the better the amount of courses purchased and the use of courses, compared with other types of courses, the life category has more purchase amount and course use time;the education level of course users has a considerable degree of positive influence on the purchase amount and course using. © 2021, Tamkang University.
